Once you have submitted your interest with as much detail as you can about your requirements We will book you in for an initial phone consultation, to ask basic questions and get a feel for your specific needs and lay out the expected cost of each phase of the project planning. following this if you wish to proceed, we will conduct a site survey where your project will be passed to our design team, if you require them, once you have finalised a design or if you did not require one our sales team will provide a quotation with planned schedule of works. when you are ready we will book in the build phase of your project, be aware the usual waiting time is 6 months. during the Build phase you will have a site leader who will handle all your concerns onsite and communicate all schedule/design changes between the relevant personnel. once your build is complete our after care professionals will go through snags and finalising the smaller details, at this point you will sign all relevant documentation and receive a guarantee of works and as much helpful information on product care as we can give you. if you wish too you subscribe to one of our aftercare packages where routine maintenance of your new dream garden will be caried out.
